What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture has been around for over 4000 years yet many people think of Acupuncture as something new. Traditional Chinese Medicine involves the ancient philosophy that Qi (pronounced “chee”) or Life Energy flows throughout the body along specific pathways called meridians. Physical and emotional trauma, lack of exercise, stress, overexertion, seasonal changes, poor diet, accidents, or excessive activity are among the many things that can influence the quality, quantity, and balance of Qi. Dr. Ritter will help you find your imbalance and through the use of painless needle insertion, eliminate pain and restore balance and harmony leading to optimal health.
