Dr. Michael Minett is originally from Long Island, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York, Stony Brook in 1992. Dr. Minett continued his education at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997. Dr. Minett then relocated to beautiful south Florida. He worked as an associate doctor at a very busy, accident and injury focused chiropractic center, where he eventually became clinic director. It was here that Dr. Minett was able to gain knowledge of caring for individuals injured from car accidents, sprain/strains from sports, and chronic neck pain and back pain sufferers.
Dr. Minett decided to take his experience and knowledge and build on it by starting the Total Health & Rehab Center in Boca Raton, Florida. At Total Health & Rehab Center, Dr. Minett not only treats back pain, neck pain, headaches, car accidents and related injuries, he focuses on physical rehabilitation. This added benefit it what separates Total Health and Rehab from other chiropractic centers.
Dr. Minett dedicates himself to helping patients get out of pain as fast as possible using the newest technology and procedures. He regularly attends seminars on all the latest trends in pain reduction and healing injuries. He stays updated on all chiropractic techniques including Activator Instrument, gentle chiropractic, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Geriatric techniques, and traditional Diversified techniques.
